Embarrasing Story

Today during sacrement meeting, during our very quiet meeting, Breelle turns to me and says "Mom, your tatoo is coming off!" Sadley enough, I do have a tatoo (not proud of it), but she was talking about the stamp I got from Stadium of Fire last night that said BYU. Welcome to the ward newbies :)

haha!!! That's great! :) Guess with kids around you don't have to worry about keeping any secrets!! :)

Carson has had a nasty diaper rash, so i keep little packets of A&D in the diaper bag. He associates them with "Owie". During the opening song at church he had been wiggly, noisy, and wrestling all over, but i was trying to keep him contained. by the time the opening prayer came, i couldn't keep him quiet. During the prayer, I lifted him so he was standing on my legs in my lap where he proceeded to throw his head back, did the whole 'wet noodle' by arching his back and going limp, and while holding the ointment in his hands, threw them in the air and screamed "OOOOOoowwwwwwwiiiieeee!!!!!!!" I felt like I had to explain to every person that raised their head to stare at me, "No, i do not abuse my child. Ointment is associated with owie....." Kids just say and do the darndest things...

Love that Bree. This is the first of many experiences with her. She has a great imagination and an even greater vocabulary. Good to hear you regret the tatoo. Mom and Dad were right.

Oh dear! Funny! One thing I'm learning over and over with kids is they understand a lot unless it deals with secret or private! Those things they always share!

Love those moments. I usually close my eyes and pretend no one can see me. Or I think to myself, 'Maybe no one understood her.' Usually it is not true but it helps my embarrassment.

That is awesome! I'm sure the people around you got a kick out of it!
