Home Pics

Well, some of you have been asking for pictures of our new home, so I decided it was time to take some! We are loving all the space we have. We did buy an older home, but we love it. It has a huge backyard - I think that was the selling point! All the new homes we looked at had TINY backyards! So, here ya go:
Backyard
Jack's Room
Playroom Downstairs
TV Room
Dining Room

Hallway
Front Room
Bree's Room

Picture Updates

So, I just barely downloaded all my pictures from since we moved.... I know, it's been a while. So, please forgive me but I need to play catch-up with my pictures. Here's what's been going on with us the past 2 1/2 months...

The end of May, we went with our good friends the Devey's to their cabin - it was BEAUTIFUL!! It was nicer than any home I've ever seen. We had a great relaxing time with them - THANK YOU GUYS!!

I also took the kids fishing with their Grandma and Grandpa Miller and cousins. They had a lot of fun (it was a bit cold for Myles and Me). The kids love their Grandparents and are always thankful for when they can spend time with them.
Myles had his first taste of "real" food on June 2nd. I don't know quite what he thought of it (it was just rice cereal), but he looked at me like I was crazy. But, it has to be better than having formula every day, right?

And, on July 15th we celebrated Dusty's 30th birthday - with a SURPRISE PARTY! I can't believe I pulled it off, because I HATE surprises - but I totally did. He had no idea! With the help of all our family and friends (especially my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, thank you), we had a great night celebrating how much we love him! I was so thankful for everyone who came and shared such amazing memories of Dusty. It reminded me of why I love him so much!
SURPRISE!!

Our friends Steph & Tim

Work friends - Skyler & Nicole

Dusty's best friend growing up -Trent

His wife Shelley (and my good friend)

Dusty's Dad

Dusty's amazing boss Dave & wife Paula (and daughter Lindsay who also works with Dusty). Dusty and I are both so thankful to Dave - he is an amazing person and a great boss to him.

Our family - my mom, Mal, Kami & Pancho

(Some other people at the party were his friends from work John David and John & Annie, our friends the Browns and Killpacks, his mom Pam and my dad, Kari and her kids, Luke, and Adrienne & Kass - thank you to everyone who came. We had a great time!)

And, to top off June, we had our great friend Pancho in town. I only got a picture of him with Bree, but we all love him and can't wait to see him again in 2 weeks.

Well, that's some major catching-up!! July has been just as busy, just not any pictures. I've had several HOT parades (which I do not enjoy AT ALL). Dusty took the older kids camping one night this week, and then he took me to Salt Lake for a quick (much needed) getaway. Dusty and I both got callings in our new ward - he is working with the young men again and I am a sunday school teacher for the 14 & 15 year olds - SCARY!! We are enjoying our new home and new ward though. Things have been a little rough for me lately, but I am trying to get by the best I can. I guess the hot summer and babies can do that to you...

Anyways, I hope you all are having a great summer.

Embarrasing Story

Today during sacrement meeting, during our very quiet meeting, Breelle turns to me and says "Mom, your tatoo is coming off!" Sadley enough, I do have a tatoo (not proud of it), but she was talking about the stamp I got from Stadium of Fire last night that said BYU. Welcome to the ward newbies :)
